And Preparing Control Plan, Quality Plan, Stage Drawings through CAD, Process Flow Diagram, Process FMEA, PSW, APQP Timing Plan, Internal Gauges, Checking Fixtures & monitoring Gauges, Instruments calibration status & looking incoming, in process, final stage Inspection And attend Customer complain. (c) One year Eight months worked as a Draughtsman for Development dept. from 2nd January 2006 to 31st August 2007 at M/s. Metaldyne Industries Ltd. (Formerly Simpson Sabind Industries Ltd.). And an ISO/TS 16949 : 2002 certified Company in month of January 2007. Manufacturing of Automotive Engine & Transmission components like Modular Hubs & Flywheel Assemblies. Activity - Preparing Stage Drawings, Pre Machining Drawings, CNC Program through CAD & CAM Software (i-CAPS), Control Plan, Process FMEA, PFD, Feasibility study and Timing Plan for new developments parts APQP. Preparing and Designing for new Gauges & Fixtures. (d) Presently I am working in M/s. ASL Industries (P) Ltd. ASL Industries is an OE manufacturing unit for Tata Motors Ltd. The main product is Bell Crank Lever with Shackle complete (it is non as Link Rod Assembly also) for multi Axle Vehicles. And we are also produce Sheet metal precision press parts, sheet metal fabrication & its assembly, machining & its assembly Auto parts. Responsibility - Preparing & controlling over all TS 16949 related documents for Design & Development department & Preparing Stage drawings, Process Plan, PPAP documents, APQP Timing plan and Feasibility study for new developments parts. Monitoring Gauges, Instruments calibration status & looking incoming, in process, final stage Inspection. Other Information : (a) Knowledge of basic Computer operating - Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point. (b) I have Completed Training in “Quality & Productivity Improvement Techniques” at Tata Cummins Ltd. JSR. (c) I have Completed Training in “Statistical Process Control Study” at AIADA office Adityapur, Jamshedpur. (d) I have Completed Training in “Six Sigma Green Belt Programme” at RSB Transmission Ltd., JSR, through ACMA. (e) I have completed Training in “KAIZEN” at Management Training Center (Tata Motors Ltd.) Jamshedpur.
